Decree of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 92/2002
Coll. stipulating Details and Methods of Evidencing Fulfilment of Conditions for Grant of
Permission for Incorporation and Acting as a Central Depository
This decree implements provisions of Sec. 100 para. 13 of the Act No. 566/2001 Coll. on
Securities and Investment Services and stipulates details and methods of evidencing fulfilment
of conditions for grant of permission for incorporation and acting as a central depository. It
also contains a full list of documents, which are necessary to be attached to the application
for grant of permission for incorporation and acting as a central depository.
This Decree is in force from 1 March 2002.
