The second part of the Act regulates some contracts relating to securities. In particular,
purchase contract, donation contract, commissioner contract on provision of purchase or sale of
securities, mandate contract on provision of sale or purchase of securities, contract on
intermediation of sale or purchase of securities, contract on borrowing of securities, contract
on deposit of materialised securities, contract on administration of securities, contract on
safekeeping, portfolio management contract and immobilisation of securities.
The third part of the Act regulates securing of obligations by securities, particularly
statutory and contractual pledges and fiduciary transfers of securities.
