Amendment to the Act on Issue of Approximation Regulations

Act No. 207/2002 Coll. amending and supplementing the Act No. 19/2002 Coll. stipulating Conditions of the Issue of Approximation Regulations of the Government of the Slovak Republic

This amendment extends the power of the Slovak Government to issue approximation regulations under the European Agreement on Accession to the area of agriculture.

Pursuant to this amendment, the details of matters regulated by an approximation regulation may be stipulated by a generally binding legal regulation issued by a ministry, other central state administration authority or the National Bank of Slovakia.

This Act came into force on 23 April 2002.
