Decree of the Ministry of Employment, Social Affairs and Family of the
Slovak Republic No. 285/2002 Coll. on Adjustment of the Amounts of Life Minimum
This Decree stipulates that the amount of (a) SKK 3,930 per month in case of one adult
individual, (b) SKK 2,750 per month in case of another jointly considered adult individual and
self-sufficient minor child, and (c) SKK 1,780 per month in case of a dependent child is deemed
as the life minimum of an individual or individuals, whose incomes are considered jointly.
This Decree came into force on 1 July 2002.
