Text of the Convention

The United States of American and the Slovak Republic, desiring to further expand and facilitate mutual economic relations have resolved to conclude a convention for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and capital, and have agreed as follows:
