Commission Report (2002): Czech Republic
No new up-date of the National Programme for the Adoption of
the Acquis was adopted this year. However, the Government of the Czech
Republic adopted a resolution in April 2002 entitled ``Summary of the
Remaining Tasks of the Czech Republic for the Accession to the European
Union''. This was then updated in June. The summary sets out the
legislative and administrative tasks remaining to be accomplished under the
Copenhagen Criteria and the chapters of the acquis.
