Convention between the Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of Ukraine for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital

The Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of Ukraine, desiring to conclude a Convention for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital and confirming their endeavour to develop and deepen mutual economic relations, have agreed as follows:
