Commission Report 2002 (Hungary)
Hungary has now achieved almost full alignment with the acquis on the
mutual recognition of professional qualifications and diplomas, and the
required administrative structures, education and training are in place. It
is considered that Hungarian professionals can, from accession, meet the
requirements laid down by the directives. The reinforcement of the
administrative structures for the co-ordination of social security, foreseen
in the Action Plan, is behind schedule. The priorities in this area have been
met to a large extent. Regarding the Action Plan, implementation of measures
is partially on track.
