Commission Report 2002 (Hungary)
Enforcement of intellectual property rights is being strengthened and is
considered satisfactory. The Action Plan foresees training activities for
judges and all relevant enforcement bodies, which are on track. Further
efforts are, however, needed to strengthen customs bodies, thereby ensuring
efficient border control measures. Overall, the priorities in the area of
company law have been met to a large extent. Implementation of the measures
under the Action Plan is on track.
